A Bit About Me
Born in Manila, Philippines, Cristina has always had a love for the arts as a child from drawing to singing in school musicals and choirs.

It wasn't until she finally decided to pursue her education in Graphic Design at Full Sail University, that she began her continuous journey in her love of the visual arts.
​
She stumbled on the Childhood Cancer Society (CCS) while looking for some remote volunteer / work experience during the pandemic. When others were caught up in their own studies, she pushed herself to make as much illustrative work, so that the frequent and often, daily, social media postings could and would continue. This pushed her skills in digital art and it also improved her cross-departmental communication skills, time management skills, and her ability to create original concepts As the art team became larger with CCS, she was given the opportunity to become the first point of leadership by becoming a project manager and head of the whole art department, overlooking and providing guidance. Through her perseverance, she chose other talented artists through recruitment and hiring, and with the assistance of others that she felt valued the responsibilities to help her run the art department with her, she continued to strive for the best in herself and others.
